My Wonderful Experience
All the store helpers were so nice, they found everything and were incredibly polite! I asked them how much the price was for a product, and they told me with courtesy. Also, when I went to check the items out, the cashier scanned the items so quickly and was being incredibly efficient. Racket court has some amazing employees!

I did a drop test with the speciality edition Racket Court Racket, and it didn't even break at all. I dropped it from the top of my apartment, and it didn't break at all. I ran the racket over with my car, and it didn't even snap. I am so impressed on the quality!​ Keep it up Racket Court.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes here by accident, and I had so much trouble when I was returning a product. The lady at customer service didn't care at all, she just took her time and argued too much. I finally got my shoe refunded after talking to the store manager, though the experience was horrid.
I asked a store helper for the price of a pair of shoes, and she yelled at me saying "How am I supposed to know? Can't you Read?". HOW RUDE

Staff were Impolite
OMG guys, this business has great blowout sales that I never expected that even a big business like Walmart never has. On Boxing Day, they had like some next level door crashers. They were selling a 300 dollar stringing machine for only 50 DOLLARS. That is around 85% off!!!

Save $$$
When I went to buy a pack of birdies, everything was clearly labeled and organized. For example, I walked into the store and just with in seconds and a glance, I quickly figured out where the birdies were located. There were signs around the whole building stating clearly where each product is. Though, the lighting in this room is kinda dim

Great Organization/Meh Lighting
I gave in my racket for a complete stringing service, and the employee said that my racket will be ready for pickup after 1 WEEK. When I came back after a week to pickup my racket, the guy said he was still working on stringing it. At the end, when I got my racket back, it looked very well finished. Although he took too long, it was done well!

Employees Take too long, but Good Quality
For Christmas, I bought my son a 101 Guide on Playing Badminton, and he absolutely loved it. Now he plays badminton so well because of the book. Racket Court has a good choice of Products! Although, I kind of didn't like the cleanliness of the stores.

Return Policies Suck
I bought a size 10 Badminton Shoe online, and the wrong product arrived at my house. Then, when I went to go return it, they didn't accept it and kept saying that ordering the wrong shoes was my fault. I wasted a solid 75 dollars on that, and I never got it. Never going back to Racket Court ever again!

Never Buy Online
The overall look of the business and stores is great. Everything matches the theme. For example, by looking at the logo, I could easily tell that it was a badminton store. Also, inside the my local Racket Court store, the environment and ambient was perfect. Good coloring, sound and lighting. Racket court just needs to hire better janitors, because the floor and shelves were pretty dusty

Good Store and Overall look
They have a variety of products. It seems like they have every single badminton equipment for such a cheap price. The first time I walked into the store, I couldn't believe it because it was so good. They had so many different types of racket that I could choose from. The store helpers also helped me find some good rackets.

Every time I go to my local Racket Court store, there is a huge line of customers waiting at the checkout counters. The cashier is some old person, and he is super slow at checking stuff out. I don't even know why Racket Court hired him. They really need to get a really efficient and true worker working at the cash register to let quickly clear out the lines. Impatient people like me hate when this happens at a store.
