Janitors have an important task in the store, to clean everything and make it sanitary and hygienic for the customers. Some typical tasks janitors must do is clean washroom, windows, stairs, empty out trash, restock toilet paper, vacuum and mop floors etc. The minimum pay for a janitor is $15 per hour. Cashier's main task in this store is to check out all of the products efficiently. For this reason, we only higher cashiers with 1 year of experience. Not only checking out products with efficiency, cashiers must treat the customer respect and be courteous. Cashiers must also know how to throughout operate the cash registers. Tech mans are in charge of doing repairs in the store. Several tasks include fixing lights, cash registers, PA systems, electronics, leaky pipes, server room etc. Tech mans should also thoroughly know the store's electrical and duct systems. Store managers are responsible for ensuring that the employees are staying on task and doing their job properly. They also have to order new materials and products from the manufacturer as products get sold out. Store mangers just also look at the profits and losses of each day, and analyse how to raise the profit. One requirement of this job is that you must have atleast 2 years of experience as a manger in any other store and have experience using Microsoft Excell. The minimum wage is around $25 per hour. Store clerks have many different roles in the store. One of their roles is to unload all the delivery trucks and organize them into different categories including rackets, shuttlecocks, strings etc. Another role of store clerks is to restock the shelves as they run out of products. The stacking must me clean and organized so that customers have a good time searching for their products without any hassle The minimum wage is around $19 per hour.
