  • Is there WIFI in the store?
    Yes we do! Our high speed Internet is provided by Bell Canada. The download speed of the package is 250mb/s while the upload speed is 45mb/s. The SSID of this WIFI is Racket Court, and the password to get on is RacketCourt123. Note that the Username and Password are Case Sensitive
  • Am I Allowed to Rent a Racket?
    Yes for Sure! We allow customers to rent many badminton equipment including birdies, rackets, grip tapes, sports towels, poles, nets and many more! Renting badminton equipment can be done for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 year. Renting equipment is usually cheaper than permanently purchasing it.
  • Can I Return After 1 Month?
    According to our Return and Exchange policies, physical orders they can only be given back within 30 days of the purchase at the location the product was bought at. Digital and Online Orders can only be ruturned with proof of purchase and many other verifications.
  • Does the Store Offer Stringing Services
    Of Course! Our store contains everything needed for a game of baminton, which includes stringing services. We have exmployees that have an extent amount of experience with stringing strings on many varieties of rackets. The stringing is done on a very profession, designated stringing machine, the StringerPro 532SC. The StringerPro 532SC uses percision technology and robotics to correctly weave the string through each point of the racket without any damage.
  • Are Gift Cards Available?
    Yes, we have many different kinds of Racket Court Gift Cards. The gift cards have to have a minimum amount of $10, while capable of hlding up to $500. The gift cards also come with different desigs including birthday desings, New Years, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving etc.
  • How Long will Shipping Take if I order Online
    Shipping can take as short as 1 week to aslong as 1 month. Usually shipping is very quick and takes only within 1-2 weeks. In cases of delay at the shipping company, the package that was purchased can be delayed up to 2 weeks. The shipping is done by either United Parcel Services or Purolator who are very experienced companies with very less delay and problems.
  • Can I Track my Shipping?
    We provide a shipping tracking address after every purchase via email. The shipping address can be easily entered in Untied Parcel Services or Purolator's website to locate your package. The tracking codes are very specific and can determine exactly which coordinate of the world the package is in.
  • How Long are Waranties on Rackets
    6 Months. After every purchase of a Racket Court Racket, a 6 month warranty is automatically put on the product with no extra fees. However, this waranty expiry can be increased up to 2 years with a small fee of $200
  • How can I Unsubsribe from the Weekly Newsletters?
    If you do not like our Newsletters, you can easily opt out of them with very easy, no-hassel steps. Firstly, go to one of out newsletters in your Email. Secondly, scroll all the way to the bottom of the Email. Thirdly, click the button in fine print that says "Unsubsribe". Clicking this button will permanently take you out of our newsletter program.
  • Can I Reserve a Product in the Store?
    Yes you can. You can either reserve by calling us by phone or clicking the reserve button on the website. Reserving a product can only be done if the selected product is out of stock. When the item you reserved is back on stock, we will send you an email regarding when it is ready for pick up and how much it will cost.
  • Can I bring food or Drinks in a store?
    No, only water is allowed. We don't allowed any food or drinks, so that we maintain the cleanliness of the store and satisfaction for all our other customers. We also don't want to put to much work on the head's of our hardworking janitors. Further more, we don't want our rackets and other products to get dirty and messy because it could reduce the happiness of customers who buy that product.
  • Are Pets Allowed?
    No, so that we maintain the cleanliness and customer satisfaction for our customers. Pets can sometimes make the store floors dirty, putting too much work on our janitors. In addition, some of our customers could be alergic to pets.
  • Do you have Public Bathrooms at the Store?
    Yes, we have 4 bathrooms in eachs store, consisting of 2 mens and 2 women's. Also, our bathrooms are very clean as our janitors clean them each day. If you are not satisfied with our bathrooms, you can talk to a store manager who will send out a janitor to reclean the bathrooms.
  • Do People on Wheel Chairs have Easy Access to the Store?
    Yup! We have ramps at the store enterance where people with Wheel chairs can easily navigate instead of using stairs. Also, inside the store, we have very spacy isles with enough space for 2 wheel chairs to fit through once!
